James “Pat” Patrick Kittle, 81, of Ringgold, passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2018. A lifelong resident of the Ringgold area, he was a former employee of Combustion Engineering, where he worked for 30 years, and attended Rock Bridge Church.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Marcelle Kittle; parents John Patrick and Iva Mae Owens Kittle; daughter, Kathy Kittle; two sons, Stanley and Steven Kittle; two brothers, Jack and Melvin Kittle; and two sisters, Johnnie Mae Bynum and Ruby Tate.
He is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Adrianne Long Kittle of Ringgold; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Dorothy and Earnest Green of Ringgold and Leona and Terry Rhinehart of Ringgold; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 19 at Woodstation Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
