Pamela Parris Lee, 71 of Harrison, passed away peacefully at home on January 21, 2018. 

She was born on March 8, 1946 in Chattanooga and lived here for many years.  Pamela graduated from Chattanooga City High School in 1964 and attended Middle Tennessee State University for two years.  She was an avid supporter of the University of Tennessee Volunteers and a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.  Pamela was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church and past member of the Order of the Eastern Star.  She was employed by Allied Arts Fund and the United Way of Chattanooga for many years.

Pamela was preceded in death by her parents, Doyle Parris and Helen Clowdis Parris of Chattanooga and her sister, Helen Sue Parris of San Francisco, Ca.

Pamela is survived by her husband of 50 years, Ronald David Lee; son, William Michael (Jessica) Lee; grandchildren, Victoria (Cody) Widdows, Christopher Totherow, Gabriella Lee, Madeline Lee and Addison Lee; great-grandson, Liam Widdows; sister-in-law, Jean Alder.

There will be no funeral or memorial service.  Pamela’s wishes were to be cremated.

The family is very grateful to the staff of Hospice of Chattanooga for their kindness and compassionate care.
