Wemona Lloyd
Wemona Lloyd, 63, of Chattanooga, passed away on Friday, January 19, 2018, in a local hospital.
She was formerly employed by Chattanooga Choo Choo. She was a faithful member of New City Fellowship Church.
Wemona was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Frances Johnson and her husband Eric K. Lloyd.
Survivors include her daughter, Ericka Williams; grandchildren, Jakieva and Chucky Williams; brothers, Jerome (Frances) Favors, Richard (Pauline) Johnson, Vincent (Angela) Johnson, and Reginald A. Johnson; sisters, Gwen (Alvin) Wright and Brenda Jo Smith, all of Chattanooga; aunts, Alice Swafford of Chattanooga and Ruth Ann Tolbert of Jefferson, In.; a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends; and a very special friend, Janice McCord.
She will lie in state on Thursday, Jan. 25, after 12:30 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be on Friday, Jan. 26, at 1:30 p.m. at New City Fellowship Church with Pastor Kevin Smith as the eulogist. Burial will be in Forest Hills Cemetery.
