Luther Gurney Slatton, 40, of Whitwell, passed away Friday, January 26, 2018.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Jennifer Slatton; and grandparents, Luther and May Slatton and Gurney Nunley.
Those left to cherish his memories are his parents, Johnny and Rebecca Slatton; brother, Johnny Slatton; niece and nephew, Alexis and Aron; grandmother, Betty Rollins; and a host of friends.
Family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 28.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 29 in the funeral home chapel, with Rev. Jeremy Robinson officiating. Interment at Griffith Creek Cemetery.
