Cleveland State Of The City Address To Be Given Thursday To Cleveland Kiwanis

Cleveland Mayor Tom Rowland will deliver his annual state of the city address on Thursday at noon to the Cleveland Kiwanis Club at the Cleveland Elks Lodge, 235 Second St. NE.

Mayor Rowland, Tennessee ‘s longest sitting mayor, announced last week he will not seek re-election this year. He has served as mayor since 1991.
