Cecil James Love, 69, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away on October 11, 2018.

He was born on Oct. 28, 1948, to the late Jim Edward and Sara Belle Love. Cecil was a Vietnam veteran, serving in the Marine Corps. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding horses. He was loved by his family and will be dearly missed by all who knew him. 

In addition to his mother and father, he was preceded in death by his sister, Glenda Love and brother, David Love.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 48 years, Evonne Love; sons, John Love (Kimberly) and Jeffrey Love; and grandchildren, Kayla Love, Madison Love, and Makenzie Love. 

The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 13, at Companion Funeral Home at 2419 Georgetown Road NW, Cleveland, Tn. 37311. A celebration of life service will be held at 4 p.m. following the visitation at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Lebanon Cemetery on Blue Springs Road.
