  • Tuesday, October 16, 2018

Thrive Yoga and Wellness, at 7633 East Brainerd Road, Suite 117, is hosting Goat Yoga to help support the mission of Mending Arrow Ranch. Taking place on location at Mending Arrow Ranch (627 Red Clay Road, SW, in Cleveland, Goat Yoga will feature two classes on Saturday at 2 and 4 p.m.

The goal of Mending Arrow Ranch is "to provide a safe haven for our students. Each child has to deal with their own set of unique challenges. We want to give these children a way to experience healing and personal growth through the interactions with our horses."

Thrive Yoga and Wellness Owner Jennifer Dixon said, "The 45 minute Goat Yoga class is 100 percent donation-based and will be hosted by Thrive Yoga and Wellness very own in-house yogis. Participants will be in green fields under the care of good hands, having lots of fun, with furry baby goats. What better way to spend a fall afternoon. We want to remind everyone that class size is limited so be sure to sign up today."
