A resident of Arlington Avenue said he and his grandfather were cut by a "friend" who demanded money.

Terry Lamar Wilson, 18, was charged with aggravated robbery and two counts of aggravated assault in the incident on Sunday night.

The resident said he was in his bedroom talking with Wilson when Wilson asked if he could borrow some money. He said when he declined, Wilson got upset and grabbed a large kitchen knife.

He said Wilson then placed him in a headlock and put the knife to his neck while telling him, "Give me the money."

The resident said he tried to grab the knife. He said his grandfather also tried to intervene. Police said they saw cuts on both victims. The resident was cut on his neck and the grandfather on his hand.

The resident said he had known Wilson for several years. He made a photo identification.
