East Brainerd Community Theater Presents The Trip To Bountiful

The East Brainerd Community Theater will present The Trip to Bountiful by Pulitzer prize-winning playwright, Horton Foote, Nov. 1-4. 

The play tells the story of Carrie Watts, an elderly woman who wishes to escape her life with her son and daughter-in-law to return one more time to her home in Bountiful.

The show will be presented Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Nov. 1-3, at 7:30 p.m. and on Sunday, Nov. 4, at 2:30 p.m. at Christ United Methodist Church, 8645 East Brainerd Road (across from Publix).

With each show, the cast selects a charity to support with a service project and donations. The charity of choice for this season is Chattanooga Sports Ministry

Tickets are available through Eventbrite or at the Christ UMC office during business hours or at the door. Tickets are $10 through Oct. 31 and $15 at the door.
