Rep. McCormick Reports $111,827 Raised For Re-Election

Rep. Gerald McCormick reported raising $93,750 since the previous reporting period from 152 donors for a total campaign account of $111, 827.47 raised toward the Aug. 2 election.

Rep. McCormick is seeking re-election for House District 26, which includes Hixson, Middle Valley, Lakesite and Harrison.

“Serving as a commonsense voice in Nashville is an honor. It’s so humbling to receive such support,” said Rep. McCormick, who is currently serving as chairman of the House Finance, Ways & Means Sub-Committee.

His legislative work includes leadership on the issues of public education, workforce development, higher education and reforms to attract new businesses, large and small, and permit expansion of existing companies. In addition to the House Finance, Ways & Means Committee, he serves on the House Rules and Business and Utilities Committees.
