Lee Terrell, 60, And David Bulloch, 56, Arrested For Rape; Woman Was Crying For Help

Lee Terrell, 60, and David Bulloch, 56, were arrested for aggravated raped near the Community Kitchen.

Chattanooga Police responded on Friday at 8:50 p.m. to a rape near the 1000 block of Baldwin Street. Upon arrival, police made contact with witnesses who identified the female victim who was unresponsive.

A witness said he saw two men raping a woman, who kept telling them "Stop It."

The witness said he began attacking the men, kicking them in the ribs.

The victim was transported by Hamilton County EMS to a local hospital.

Witnesses to the incident were able to provide police with detailed suspect information. Police located the two suspects in the immediate area and they were detained for questioning by investigators with the Special Victim Unit.

Warrants were sworn out for both suspects by police for aggravated rape.  Both suspects were transported to the Hamilton County Jail where the respective warrants were served.

Both men accused the other of molesting the woman and said they had tried to run the other off.
