Allen Takes Plea Deal For 2014 Lookout Valley Triple Murder

  • Tuesday, February 13, 2018

Skyler Allen has accepted a plea deal for the April 2014 murders of Caleb Boozer, Jon Morris and John Lang at an RV lot on Kelly's Ferry Road in Lookout Valley. The murders were allegedly over a $20 debt.

He will serve 15 years in prison. The trial was supposed to begin in April but a plea deal was reached Friday.

Police said Derek Morse and Allen shot the three victims and also shot Michael Callan, who escaped.

Morse was convicted by a jury in September for three counts of murder and one count of attempted murder.

Police said Jacob Allison faces the same charges but a trial has not been scheduled.
