Baritone Vocalist Jared Hiscock To Perform Recital At SAU

Southern Adventist University presents a vocal recital featuring baritone Jared Hiscock, accompanied by pianist Peter Cooper, DMA, dean of Southern’s School of Music. They will perform Franz Schubert’s “Winterreise” on Feb. 28 at  7:30 p.m. in Ackerman Auditorium on the university’s campus.  
 
Mr. Hiscock, who holds a master of music degree, is an associate member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing and is a doctoral candidate in vocal performance at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Glenn Korff School of Music. He has sung professionally with the vocal ensemble Résonance, the Nebraska Organization of Vocal Artists and the Opera Omaha chorus, and has performed in touring productions with Opera for the Young and UNL Opera.
