Jesse Wrinkle
Jesse A. Wrinkle, 80, a resident of Cleveland, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 15, at the family residence.
He was the son of the late Jacob and Ida Louise Wrinkle and was also preceded in death by his sister, Gertrude DeSha.
Jesse retired as a truck driver with over 20 years of service and before that he was a long time dairy farmer in McDonald, where he also raised goats. He was a very talented craftsman refinishing and building furniture. He also loved going to auctions. Jesse was a very proud veteran of the United States Air Force.
He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, JoAnn Wrinkle, his sons, Jonie Wrinkle and Robert Wrinkle, his daughters, Robin Gaylor and her husband, Gary and Kimberly Medlock, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren and one niece.
A Remembrance of Life Service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, at Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Avenue Chapel with Reverend Amy Nutt officiating.
The interment will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 22, at the United States National Cemetery in Chattanooga.
The family will receive friends Saturday, Feb. 17, from 6-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
