Linda R. Guess Worley, 57, of Chickamauga, passed away on Sunday, February 24, 2018. She was a lifelong resident of North Georgia and a graduate of Gordon Lee Memorial High School, class of 1977. Linda worked in the restaurant industry for many years, including Shoney’s and the Melon Patch. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend, who had a love for her dogs and spending time with her grandkids.
Linda was preceded in death by her father, Ponce Guess.
She is survived by her sons, Barry (Mandy Harris) Willingham of Calhoun and Kevin (Kimberly Carver) Willingham of Chipley, Fl.; mother, Jan Payne; sister, Angela McCormick Holcomb; seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 27 at the funeral home, with a moment of remembrance at the conclusion of visitation in the parlor.
