Pauline Verneeda Cottrell, 91, passed away on February 4, 2018.

She retired from Erlanger Hospital and was a faithful member of Mt.Canaan Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Cottrell, Sr.; son, Darrell Cottrell; mother, Hattie Allen; sister, Dorothy Smith.

She leaves to cherish her memories her daughters, Patricia Garth, Delores (Wilbert) Weaver, Shirley Carmichael, and Carol (Thomas) Thompson; sons, Willie Cottrell , Jr. and Marvin Cottrell; 21 grandchildren, 53 great-grandchildren, 29 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and dear friends.

The body will lie in state after noon on Friday, Feb. 9, at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be held at noon on Saturday, Feb. 10, at Greater Emanuel Apostolic Church at 400 Tunnel Boulevard.

Interment will be at Forest Hills Cemetery.
