TDOT To Repair Pothole On I-24 East Near MM 181 In Chattanooga Thursday Night

TDOT maintenance and bridge repair crews will perform an emergency repair of a large pothole in a bridge approach slab on I-24 East in Chattanooga near mile marker 181 Thursday, beginning at 9 p.m. This work will require a lane closure on I-24 East during the repair work, and it will remain closed until the concrete cures.

 

The location is in the third lane (from the left) of I-24 East just before Exit 181A to U.S.

41 South/East Ridge. During the repair work, the exit ramp to East Ridge from I-24 East will be shortened but it will remain open. All lanes will be fully restored/reopened by 5 a.m. on Friday

WWTA Releases Timetable That Would Have Ooltewah Sewage Treatment Plant In Operation By 2025; Public Meetings Set At Central High

The Hamilton County Water and Wastewater Treatment Authority has released a timetable that would have a new sewage treatment plant in Ooltewah in operation by 2025.
