Reed Douglas Brown Sr.
Reed Douglas Brown Sr., 90, of Fort Oglethorpe died Saturday, March 17, 2018.
He was of the Baptist faith. He was the son of the late Willie Reed and Stella Mae McLain Brown. The WWII veteran served in the U.S. Navy. He loved the outdoors and living life to the fullest.
He was preceded in death by his wives Bonnie Brown and Trudy Brown and son, Richard Lee Brown.
He is survived by his son Reed Brown Jr., sister Wanda (Bob) Bowling, brother Charles Brown, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, March 22, 2018 at the Chattanooga National Cemetery with the Rev. Bob Borger officiating with military honors. Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
