Raymond Samuel Rich
Raymond Samuel Rich, 57, of Ooltewah died Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at his home.
A lifelong resident of Chattanooga, Raymond was a graduate of City High School, attended Chattanooga State on a tennis scholarship, attended UTC and graduated from Covenant College. He was an executive sales rep for Quest Diagnostics and excelled in table tennis and tennis.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Randall and Jannie Bell Rich.
Survivors are his wife, Kim Deakins Rich; daughter, Lauren Rich, Fairhope, AL; his grand-dog Penny; two brothers, Dave and Joe Rich both of Chattanooga; several nieces.
Funeral services will be held Friday, March 23, at 2 p.m. in the chapel with Rev. Randy Thomas officiating. Burial will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Jerry Beasley, Ricky Holland, Eric Penney, Kent Patrick, David Eaves and David Snyder serving as pallbearers.
