Lee Wysong has a laugh at age 105
Friends and family were gathering today (Saturday) at Mrs. Lee Harvey Wysong’s home in Tunnel Hill, Ga., to honor her on the occasion of her 105th birthday.
Her son Charlie said, “To say that Momma is 105 years old does not tell the whole story.
She doesn’t use a cane or a walker. She doesn’t have arthritis, high blood pressure or diabetes. She takes no prescription drugs and has never had a physical exam in her life. She loves God, and He has been very good to her. She enjoys life and is almost never sick.”
Lee Wysong was born March 24, 1913 in New Orleans. She lived for 94 years in Atlanta and now lives in Tunnel Hill.
She was married to Charles F. Wysong, and they had five children. Mr. Wysong was an associate professor of Ceramic Engineering at Georgia Tech and started Southern Porcelain, Inc. a manufacturer of industrial ceramics.
