A building across from Finley Stadium that was retrofitted to become an apartment complex has sold for $7,117,616.

The sale was to Maynardville Pike Car Wash Llc, Clinton Highway Car Wash Llc from Southside Apartments Llc $7,117,616.

The building at 1920 Chestnut St. was constructed in 1955 with block and brick walls and concrete roof. At one time it had eight docks including two covered.

Additional stories were added in the conversion to an apartment building.
