Dean, Harley Edward "Eddy", II

Harley Edward “Eddy” Dean II age 55, of Rossville, passed away Saturday, March 3, 2018. He was born in Fort Oglethorpe and was a lifelong resident of Walker County. He was a former employee of Astec Industries, Copeland Manufacturing and White Way Cleaners. Eddy lived his life his way and enjoyed fishing, sitting around camp fires with his buddies, loved Harley-Davidsons and was a Civil War buff.  Eddy loved his family and friends, especially Bill, who came every day to check on him. He will be missed by everyone who knew him. He was a very giving person, and in his death gave sight to others.

He is survived by his daughters, Brandi (Daniel) Garner of Rossville and Tiffany (Kevin) Martin of Dalton; parents, Patricia (Steve) Hamil of Rock Spring and Harley Edward (Joyce) Dean of Chickamauga; grandmother, Mary Yeager of Fort Oglethorpe; his brother, who he loved dearly, Jerry Dean of Rock Spring; grandchildren, Dakota Dean, Destanie Hixon and Jack Martin; several half brothers and sisters, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 4-8 p.m.
