Joan Carol Gray Lockaby Youngblood, of Chattanooga, died suddenly on March 6, 2018, in a local hospital at age 85.

A period of visitation with the family, and a celebration of Joan’s life, will be held in the coming days, with details to be announced soon.

Arrangements are under the care of Chattanooga Funeral Home Crematory and Florist East Chapel, 404 South Moore Road, East Ridge, Tn. 37412.

Juvenile Shot On East 14th Street On Friday

A juvenile was shot Friday evening on East 14th Street.
