Price Of Wood Chips At The Wood Recycle Center Changed To $8 Per Ton

Effective on Monday, the City of Chattanooga Public Works Department has changed the price for the sale of wood chips back to its normal rate of $8 per ton.

All residents residing within City limits are still able to receive wood chips free of charge.

All non-residents and businesses may take advantage purchasing wood chips at the City’s Wood Recycle Center at 3925 North Hawthorne Street. 

The facility is open Monday through Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
