Hedrick Leading Fundraising Effort In Circuit Court Judge Contest

Kyle Hedrick reported a total of $43,355 raised since Jan. 15 to bring the total fundraising sum of $106,930 from 216 donors. Catherine Cate White had $9,030. She loaned the campaign $15,500.

Judge Hedrick said, “I am so honored to have such support in this election and am working daily to earn the votes of Hamilton County citizens. The tremendous work of the campaign is appreciated and humbling.”

He was appointed by Governor Bill Haslam after a recommendation from the Trial Court Vacancy Commission to fill the vacancy created by the departure of Judge Neil Thomas in October 2017.

Gifts to Kyle Hedrick include $3,000 from Southern Surgical Arts, $1,500 from C.H.

Chen, Clay Goins and Wayne Grant, $1,000 from Ronald Barnes, Darlene Brown, Joe Conner, Cindy Crittenden-Henderson, Genia Durham, Russell Gray, Carl Hartley, Gary Massey, Alexander McVeagh, William Miller II, Frank Proctor, Mark Schmissrauter, Lizbeth Thomas, Vincent Tiano, James Williams, Village Investments LLC and Jo Ann Yates, $600 from Imogene Konvalinka, $500 from Bill Aiken, William Blakely, Sandra Bott, Art Brock, Harry Burnette, Keith Dressler, Russell Friberg, Zachary Green, Hal North, Eric Oliver, Gene Pike, John Spann, Dan Stefaniuk, Charles Wheland III and Joe White.

Gifts to Catherine Cate White include donations of $1,422 from Jeff McKamey and the same from Karla McKamey and $1,065 from J.B. Overstreet and the same from Marcia Overstreet.

Early voting has begun and runs through Thursday, April 26. Election Day is Tuesday, May 1.
