Cynthia “Cindy” Crowell, 62, of Hixson, passed away on Sunday, April 15, 2018.

Cindy was born in Fort Oglethorpe, to the late E. L. Murray and Alnita “Nana” Stephenson Carlisle. She was a 1974 graduate of Ringgold High School. She was employed in the food service business for over 15 years and currently owned and operated B.C. Graphics. Cindy was a member of Delashmitt Road Baptist Church.

Cindy was preceded in death by a brother, Mickey Murray.

Cindy is survived by her husband of 20 years, Bill Crowell; children, Melissa (Mitch) Moore and Chad Acuff; four grandchildren, Grant and Logan Moore, William and Jordan Acuff; siblings, Belinda (Doug) Price, Renae (Tony) Haney, and Christie McMahan; sister-in-law, Jan Wetherington; several nieces and nephews. 

The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 17, and 1-2:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.

Services for Cindy will follow at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the North Chapel with Reverend Ronnie Smith officiating.
