The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga women’s basketball coach Jim Foster announced the addition of Morgan Hill to the 2018-19 women’s basketball roster.
Hill, a 5-10 guard, comes to Chattanooga from Minneapolis. At Minneapolis South, Hill topped 2,000 points for her career early in her senior season and averaged 26.
2 points and seven rebounds per game. She led the Tigers to a 21-4 overall record last season and an undefeated 12-0 mark in conference action. She topped 2,000 points for her career last season
She is a three-time Minneapolis City Conference Player of the Year was named one of 11 finalist for Miss Minnesota basketball.
Hill’s sister Tayler is a current member of the Washington Mystics of the WNBA and played four seasons at Ohio State for Foster. She was a teammate of current UTC assistant coach Brittany Johnson and Mocs’ Director of Basketball Operations Debbie Black was on Foster’s staff.
She joins Hardin Valley’s Abby Cornelius and Hoover’s Eboni Williams who signed in the early period.
