Bite Me Bakery Opens In Ooltewah

Bite Me Bakery, a retail scratch bakery, is opening a new location at 9408 Apison Pike, Suite 9, in Ooltewah.  The grand opening will be held Wednesday at 10:30 pa.m. and the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce will coordinate the event.

Bite Me Bakery specializes in wholesome breads, granolas, sweet breads, sweet rolls, cookies, and to order pies and cakes (non-decorated).  They also offer coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate, soft drinks, and bottled juices, milk and soy milk. 

The bakery works with special dietary needs.  Mondays are gluten free days when they offer a selection of gluten free products.  The store does not have seating available.

Bite Me Bakery will be open Monday-Thursday from 5:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and Friday from 5:30 a.m.-1 p.m.  It will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
