Patricia Moore
Patricia Ann Moore, 75, of Chattanooga, passed away on Saturday, April 14, 2018, in a Murfreesboro hospital.
She was a member of New Enon Baptist Church where she was a former choir director and a part of the Women’s Ministry. She was formerly employed by Human Services, Lovell Field Airport, and retired from Walden Security. She was also a former Mother Patrol.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, John and Josephine Burton, Jr.; sisters, Nellie Sales and Julia Parks.
Survivors include her sons, Antonio (La’Tasha) Kelley and Tracy Green, both of Chattanooga; daughters, Cassandra Kelley of Chattanooga, Erica (Quinton) Dorris of Murfreesboro, and La’Toya Crum of Buford, GA; 19 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; brothers, John (Glenda) Burton, III, George “Sam” (Alice) McCrary, both of Chattanooga, and Charles Burton of Milwaukee, WI; sisters, Agnes Lucas and Carolyn Hughes, both of Chattanooga; longtime friend, Richmond Moore; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends.
She will lie in state on Saturday, April 21, at 9 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at noon at New Enon Baptist Church with Pastor Andrew Bullard III as the eulogist.
Burial will be in Lakewood Memory Gardens, East.
