Joan Rose Named Coldwell Banker Pryor Realty's Rising Star Of The Year For 2017

Joan Rose, a local affiliate broker with Coldwell Banker Pryor Realty, was recognized as Coldwell Banker Pryor Realty’s Rising Star of the Year and Multi-Million Dollar Producer for 2017. The award was presented at the annual Coldwell Banker Awards Ceremony held at Springhill Suites in downtown Chattanooga.

Ms. Rose, an Ooltewah resident, transitioned into real estate in late 2016 from a successful marketing career in banking.

Ms. Rose is a graduate of Leadership Chattanooga, a member of the Chattanooga Women’s Leadership Institute, and serves on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement.  She volunteers in various roles with the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce, the Salvation Army, Greater Chattanooga Realtors, and St. Francis of Assisi Episcopal Church.
