Daniel Lamar Sherlin, 28, of Rossville, passed away on Friday, April 20, 2018. He was a lifelong resident of Rossville and was of the Baptist faith. Daniel was employed as a roofer for the past 8 years and was a graduate of Ridgeland High School, class of 2008. Daniel was a loving son, brother and uncle, who will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his loving parents, Carl and Sherry Sherlin of Rossville; brother, Carl Lee (Amanda) Sherlin, Jr., of Ringgold; grandmother, Helen Durham, of Rossville; nieces, Madison and Abigail; and nephew, Cameron.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 25 in the funeral home chapel, with Pastor James Rushing officiating. Interment will follow in Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 4-9 p.m. on Monday, all day on Tuesday and prior to the service on Wednesday.
