Ruth Massey
On Monday morning, April 23, 2018, Ruth Grace Massey passed away at the age of 80.
She will be forever remembered by her husband, Dale, her four children, Steven Bartoo, James Bartoo, Thomas Bartoo and Jennifer King, her 11 grandchildren, as well as her four surviving brothers, Ken Walker, Jerry Walker, Phil Walker and Hank Walker.
She was preceded in death by her two brothers, Don Walker and John Walker and her parents, Henry and Grace Walker.
Ruth’s family welcomes friends and acquaintances to a visitation on Friday, April 27, from 4-6 p.m. and a funeral service on Saturday, April 28, at 11 a.m. Both events will take place at the Cleveland chapel of Companion Funeral Home & Crematory.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ruth’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or the Chattanooga Heart Institute at CHI Memorial.
