Keep Kyle Hedrick As Circuit Court Judge - And Response (2)

  • Wednesday, April 25, 2018

I am fortunate to have Kyle Hedrick as a close friend. Hamilton County is now fortunate to have him as Circuit Court judge as appointed by Governor Bill Haslam. I recommend voting for Kyle Hedrick on Tuesday May 1.

Kyle was my youth minister during my middle school and high school years. He was an incredible and influential mentor by teaching lessons from the Bible and living his life by those same standards. He was wise, knowledgeable and discerning when answering the hard questions that teens have. Into college and beyond, I have several times come to Kyle for advice on hard life situations because I can always count on Kyle to give sound guidance.

My husband and I chose Kyle Hedrick as our wedding officiant because we wanted a man of integrity and someone who has exhibited a loving and supportive marriage to perform our ceremony. I valued the premarital counseling he gave to us as we started our marriage. Kyle exhibits a successful marriage through both words and actions.

Governor Haslam made the right choice in appointing Kyle Hedrick to the Circuit Court. Please join me May 1 to keep Kyle Hedrick as Circuit Court judge.

It is my honor to support Kyle Hedrick for Circuit Court judge.

I have known and worked for Kyle for about 14 years and can say that he is a good man to work for and a good man period.  I have always been impressed that he could get to the main issue of things and have a fair and just remedy.

As an ttorney, I saw him give free advice to someone that was really in need and took some cases knowing he wasn’t going to be paid.

Kyle has a very kind heart toward anyone in need and was especially kind and thoughtful to me personally when I went through a long process with my mother before her death.

His family has always come first, he always made his work schedules so that he would be available to be at any function that his children had at school.  I have enjoyed knowing Brenda and his three children all these years and have seen the children become good, honest adults.

His parents and Brenda’s parents are fine people and have instilled strong family values in both of them.  I think those values are very beneficial to him as Circuit Court judge.

Kyle attended public schools in elementary and jr. high school, he didn’t have anything handed to him on a silver platter, he has worked hard to achieve his success, another quality that is beneficial to a judge.

He is a fair and just person and I know he will continue to be a great Circuit Court judge.

I’m very proud to be voting for Kyle Hedrick for Circuit Court judge.

I have had the pleasure of being in court only on one occasion.  When you walked into the room you could feel the warmth that was there.  When the attorneys were speaking he made sure that all of the room could understand what was going on and he made the witnesses feel so comfortable.  He went out of the way to lesson to everything they were saying.  When he made the final ruling he made sure that all parties involved knew why he made the decision he made.  I have been in other court rooms on occasions was expecting the same cold feeling as I had then, but boy was I surprised.

I feel it would benefit our area if we would keep Kyle Hedrick as our Circuit Court judge.  I will vote for him and asking everyone I know to do the same.
