Danny Adams
Danny E. Adams, age 60, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, departed this life peacefully on Sunday, April 8, 2018.
He was born March 3, 1958 in Ringgold, Ga. and is a graduate of Ringgold High School.
Danny worked for Clean Harbor Environmental Services for 22 years as a waste water pre-treatment operator and also obtained his CDL license. He mastered the art of karate receiving his 2nd degree Black Belt from United Karate Studios under his mentor Ben Kiker. Danny had a love for photography and had a very creative artistic hand. He was very skillful in repairs and taught himself how to repair almost anything. He was a self-taught engineer. He was never hesitant in using his skills to help others who needed repairs. If he could fix it, he would and if he couldn’t, he always gave it his best shot. He always had the heart to help others which is something that was very special about him.
Memories of him will forever be cherished by his wife of 25 years, Angelia Adams; his wonderful mother, JoPearl Adams; his brothers, Richard Adams, and Gregory Ray (Judy) Adams; his children, Crystal (Randy) Nation, Corey (Tiffany) DeVaughn, Stephen (Adonia) Adams, Levi (Montana) Gray, Alexis (Terran) Gilbert; ten grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins; and a very best friend for life, Conley (Sherry) Mercer.
He is preceded by his father, James Adams; brother, Steve Adams; sister, Rosemary Adams; and grandparents; Mose and Flora Adams, Ralph and Estelle Green.
Funeral arrangements will be held at Mt. Peria Baptist Church, 341 Sparks Street, Ringgold, Georgia, 30736, at 2 p.m. on Friday, April 13.
