Mutual of Omaha will open a new insurance operations office in downtown Chattanooga on Monday. The office, located in Liberty Tower, at 605 Chestnut Street, Suite 400, will initially house a staff of employees handling claims for the company’s group insurance business.
The new office features a full-service training room with technology to facilitate ongoing learning and development, and enable staff to connect with the company’s home office in Omaha, Ne.
According to Executive Vice President of Workplace Solutions at Mutual of Omaha, Scott Ault, as business continues to grow, the site has the ability to accommodate staff for additional functions within the company’s Workplace Solutions business unit, which provides insurance products and solutions for groups and businesses across the country.
"We are thrilled to be in Chattanooga,” Mr. Ault said. “This new office will give us the opportunity to expand Mutual of Omaha’s national presence in the group insurance industry and opens a vast talent pool of insurance professionals in the region.”
