Liberal Conspiracy Afoot

  • Monday, May 21, 2018

According to Roy Exum’s Sunday column, there are now upwards of six or seven Democrats in Hamilton County, and all of them have secretly maneuvered their way onto the boards of a couple of dozen local organizations. Unlike Republicans, some of them serve on multiple boards and some of them serve with one another on the same boards. This is outrageous. We all know that boards and elected offices are for Republicans only.

A conspiracy is afoot, my friends. These troublemakers tout “tolerance,” but they, hypocritically, have proven little tolerance for segregated, underfunded schools or for unaccountable elected officials. They’re trying to take us back to the snippets of time when these things were actually questioned.

Well, the charade is over. It’s clearly time to shine the light of truth on the matter by tarring and feathering them with terms like “elitist” and “liberal.” Time to let common sense (aka folksy idioms) prevail and send them packing to godless, liberal states like North Carolina.
