Whitfield K9 Dog Earns Certifications, Also Named Overall Top Dog

Deputy Todd Thompson and his K9 partner, Eddy, returned from the USPCA (United States Police Canine Association) Certification.

The Region 22 Field Trials held in Rome consisted of 29 K-9/Handlers from this region, which includes Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee.

Eddy received Police Dog 1 Certification and Narcotics Detector Certification, and he was also awarded the trophy for Overall Top Dog.  He will attend the National Competition in September in Huntsville, Al.

Case Against Soddy Daisy High ROTC Instructor Dismissed After Judge Sends Case To Grand Jury
