Fuad Mousa Saah
Fuad Mousa Saah, 87, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of Sunday, May 27, 2018.
Fuad was one of eight children, born on May 26, 1931, to Mousa and Sara Saah, in Ramallah, Palestine. In 1965, he emigrated to the Washington, DC area with his mother and two of his siblings, where he worked as a painter for several years. He wanted a peaceful existence and he had that until his last breath.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Issa, Nabih and Yousef; sisters, Julia and Hidiyeh; his brothers-in-law, Samir and Hanna Jaanini.
He leaves behind his beloved wife, Nadia Jaanini Saah; his grandchildren, Maddox and Knox; one brother, Jamil, brother-in-law, Michael Jaanini, sisters-in-laws, Helen Jaanini, Siran Jaanini, a large family of Saah’s and Jaanini’s; countless nieces, nephews and dedicated friends.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 31, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with Father Jim Vick officiating. Interment will follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens East.
The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
