Morning Pointe, Alzheimer's Association Host Annual "Memory Care Seminar" Featuring Dr. Kodsi

Morning Pointe Assisted Living, in partnership with the Alzheimer's Association, presented a Memory Care Seminar featuring keynote speaker Dr. Matthew Kodsi, M.D., Ph.D., neurologist specializing in dementia and memory disorders, at Morning Pointe of Chattanooga at Shallowford.
 
Nearly a hundred people attended the event led by Dr. Kodsi and a panel of healthcare experts who discussed the topic "What to Do in Emergency Situations."
 
The seminar covered the latest research in dementia care, an emergency room visit from a doctor's point of view, how to prepare for a medical emergency before 911 arrives, and "Take Me Home," the Chattanooga Police Department program for wandering.
