FirstBank recognizes Sherri Boland for ranking as a top mortgage lender by Best Lender Tennessee. Ms. Boland has been named the No. 1 top lender in Chattanooga for her work in 2017. She originated over $44 million and closed 215 loans on an average of approximately $180,000 per loan.
Ms. Boland was ranked among entries from more than 2,500 mortgage professionals across the country by Ask a Lender, a digital platform that connects people with lenders directly.
The rankings are based on the number of loans closed in calendar year 2017. They are audited and produced in collaboration with Scotsman Guide Media and also include the total value of each lender’s loans, as well as the average loan size.
