Cagle, Jesse Claude (Chickamauga)

Jesse Claude Cagle, 64, of Chickamauga, passed away on Thursday, June 14, 2018. He was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga and North Georgia areas and was a member of Grand Center Baptist Church. He was previously employed with Burtco Tufting and also retired from Ryco Services after many years of service as a supervisor. He will always be remembered for his great sense of humor and his devotion to his family. He was a loving and devoted brother, son, father and grandfather, who will be truly missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mildred Rowena Howard Cagle; wife, Rhonda Templeton Cagle; son, Derek Cagle; and brother, Lee Cagle. 

Survivors include his father, Elmer Cagle; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Danielle Cagle; two sisters, Ann McClendon and Joy Cagle; three grandchildren, Brittany Cagle, Addie Cagle and Callee Cagle; and numerous extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at noon on Tuesday, June 19 in the Fort Oglethorpe Chapel, with Rev. Warren Scott officiating. Burial will follow in the Grand Center Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends after noon Monday and prior to the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
