3 Women Arrested On Prostitution Charges At Hixson Massage Parlor

Chattanooga Police Department Organized Crime/Vice Investigators arrested three women on prostitution charges following an undercover investigation that was prompted by complaints from community members. 
 
On Wednesday afternoon, an undercover investigator went into the 7 Day Foot Spa posing as a customer and paid for a regular massage. At the end of the regular massage additional, illicit services were offered for a fee.
 
The investigation concluded that three suspects worked together to maintain the business that was promoting prostitution, police said. 

During the course of the investigation it was also discovered that the business served as a residence for the suspects.
 
City of Chattanooga Codes Enforcement condemned the building for several codes violations.

Investigators also located Chinese passports and work visas for the three suspects. Homeland Security was contacted and is following up on the legal status of the suspects. 

Those arrested were Yunxia Li , 51; Haifang Wu, 59, and Cuiran Zhi, 61.

They were all charged with promoting prostitution. Ms. Wu was also charged with prostitution.
