Beautify East Chattanooga To Take Shape On June 28-29

More than 50 volunteers, comprising of high school students, employees from Publix and board members from Glass House Collective and Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga Area, will work alongside Glass Farm residents for two consecutive days to contribute to neighborhood beautification in East Chattanooga’s historic neighborhood, Glass Farm. 

During the two day project this Thursday and Friday from 8:45 a.m.-4 p.m., volunteers will complete remodeling projects on 13 residences and two vacant houses as well as pick up trash and clear brush and overgrowth in vacant lots. 

This neighborhood beautification project, Beautify East Chattanooga, is coordinated by Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga, City of Chattanooga, Scenic City Beautiful and Glass House Collectives.
