Harold S. Waterhouse, known to friends as Hub, passed away on June 7, 2018, at the age of 64.

He was a lifetime resident of Chattanooga. A loving husband, son, brother, stepfather, and grandfather; who never missed an opportunity to support his grandchildren.

He was an employee of Astec Industries for 32 years. He loved working alongside his friends and appreciated the way the company cared for its employees. He was a supporter of the Boy Scouts, avid fisherman, history buff and lover of the outdoors.

Hub was preceded in death by his parents, C.A. and Dorothy Waterhouse. Survivors include his wife, Dona Waterhouse; siblings: Larry Waterhouse, Ann Waterhouse, Eddie (Sheri) Waterhouse, Randy (Teresa) Waterhouse, Ruthie (Barry) Osburn; stepchildren: Larry (Evelyn) Johnston, Jeff (Tess) Johnston, Jennifer (Kevin) Zeigler; grandchildren: Lauren (Jake) Burnette, Justin (Alyse) Johnston, Megan Johnston, Konnor Zeigler, Taylor Johnston, Annie Zeigler, Jesse Zeigler; great-grandson, Zeb Burnette.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, June 11, in the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Reverend Ronnie Dotson officiating. Interment will follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.

The family will receive friends from 4–8 p.m. on Sunday, June 10, and from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. on Monday, June 11, at the funeral home.
