Re-elect Joe Graham

Wednesday, July 18, 2018

Early voting time is here again and our choices couldn’t be more important.  It’s an easy choice though for the voters in Hamilton County District 6.  Joe Graham is the obvious choice.

I’ve known Joe for over 40 years.  I grew up with him.  He was a few years behind me at Lookout Valley High School but even then, I could tell there was something special about him.  I was right.  I watched Joe grow in to a successful businessman, a dedicated husband and father and a trusted community leader.  He’s one of the most impressive people I’ve ever met.

Hard working and intelligent, Joe has served Hamilton County with distinction for over seven years.  His personal and political achievements are too numerous to list.  I assure you that he’s the kind of public servant we want and he’s the kind of man we need to keep.  He’s much more than a successful business man, more than a trusted community leader.  Joe possesses a moral compass that is intact and operating and he uses it daily in his service to the citizens of Hamilton County.  He’s the kind of man who governs based on core values and not on trends or fads or which way the political winds are blowing.

He’s a good friend to me and many others and someone I strongly urge the voters of District 6 to keep.   Please, please do Hamilton County a favor this year and help reelect Joe Graham County Commissioner for the 6th District of Hamilton County.  You’ll be glad you did.

For Esther Outside Looking In

If I lived in District 30 I’d be voting for Esther Helton to be my representative. Alas, I do not.  However, if you do, I encourage to get out and vote; now, during early voting or on Nov. 6, the appointed date.  Here’s why.  Esther has the true heart of a servant which is what elected office is supposed to be about.  It’s not about becoming a celebrity.  ...
