Johnthony Walker, convicted of causing the death of six Woodmore Elementary children after a horrific bus crash on Talley Road on Nov. 21, 2016, had his bond revoked Monday morning in Hamilton County Criminal Court.

Walker has been charged with aggravated statutory rape in Davidson County.

Nashville officers said they responded to a disturbance at the residence where Walker has been living. They said the parents called police after learning that their young daughter, 14, had been having sex with Walker over the past several months.

Police said Walker admitted that the allegation was true. He said it happened on five occasions.

He was sentenced to four years in prison after a trial, but is appealing and has been out on bond.

Walker is in jail in Davidson County and did not appear in court Monday with his attorney, Amanda Dunn. He will stay in jail until he appears in court for the rape charge.
