Howard, Margaret Montain (Dayton)

Margaret Montain Howard of Dayton, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at Rhea Medical Center. 

Margaret was a lifelong resident of Rhea County and a member of High Point Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved gardening and flowers. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Pritchett and Mildred Fine Pritchett; brother, Jim Pritchett; and grandchildren, Michael D. Howard Jr. and Elizabeth Ann Smith. 

She is survived by her husband, Bobby Howard Sr. of Dayton; children, Earl (Debbie) Howard of Dayton, David (Thelma) Howard of Spring City, Helen (Mark) Holland of Dayton; sister, Louise Wilkey of Evensville, Tn.; brother, Dean Pritchett of Georgia; seven grandchildren, Jamie Johnson, Dave Cooper, Teresa Dranger, Jennifer Buckner, Melissa Howard, Steven Smith and Samantha Smith and several great-grandchildren. 

A service will be Saturday, Aug. 11, at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home with Rev. Joshua Stock and Dean Pritchett officiating. 

The family will receive friends Friday, Aug. 10, from 5-8 p.m. 

Interment will be in Pritchett Cemetery
