Upcoming Street Closings Announced

Here are upcoming street closings:

Thursday

Operation UTC Freshman Move-in - E.
8th St, between University st and Douglas St, will be closed from 6 am until 5:30 pm on Thursday, August 16th for the UTC freshmen class dorm move-in.

Friday

Nightfall - Market Street will be closed from East 8th Street to East 10th Street, and ML King Blvd will be closed from Broad Street to Georgia Avenue from5:30 pm until 12:00 midnight on Friday, August 17th, 2018. This closure will be in effect each Friday night through August 31. 

West Village Out on 8th  - W 8th Street between Pine Street and Chestnut Street will be closed from 2 pm on August 17th until  8AM on Saturday, August 18th.  
This closure will be in effect each Friday night through October 27, 2018.

Saturday

West Village Street Festivals-  Pine Street between W 7th Street and W M.L. King Blvd, and 
W 8th Street between Pine Street and Chestnut Street will be closed from 8 am until midnight each Saturday through January 19, 2019

Sunday

Chattanooga Market - Reggie White Boulevard will be closed from the entrance to the pavilion parking lot to W 19th Street from 6:00 am until 8:00 pm each Sunday through November 18.
