Caroline Copeland has been named director of sales and marketing of Legacy Village of Cleveland, an assisted living and memory care community serving Bradley County scheduled to open in fall 2018.
"With a background in sales at Hospice of Chattanooga, where she provided support for community outreach liaisons, and Whirlpool Corporation, a leading appliance manufacturer, Ms. Copeland brings an energetic spirit and a dedication to service to her new role at Legacy Village of Cleveland," officials said.
"I have a special heart for the Greatest Generation, and want to make sure they are loved and taken care of like their family would.
I have been called to serve, and I am very passionate about encouraging and helping others continue to live a purposeful life,” Ms. Copeland said. “I am excited to be a part of this community and live out our mission, ‘to serve the greatest generation with honor, respect, faith and integrity.’ "
“We believe Caroline’s passion for community relations and her commitment to serving our seniors make her a great fit for Legacy Village of Cleveland as our doors are about to open this fall,” Bryan Cook, COO of Legacy Senior Living, management company of Legacy Village of Cleveland, said. “She offers an enthusiastic spirit and a genuine desire to serve others. I can’t wait for the families and loved ones of Cleveland area seniors to meet her in this exciting new community outreach role.”
Ms. Copeland graduated from Lee University, where she earned a bachelor of arts degree in public relations and played on the women’s basketball team as a four-year scholar athlete. She completed hundreds of service learning volunteer hours each year as a student and received the Lady Flame Award in 2015 and 2016.
