Lindsey Buckingham Comes To Walker Theatre Nov. 13

Lindsey Buckingham with J.S. Ondara will perform at Walker Theatre on Tuesday, Nov. 13, at 8 p.m.  Doors will open at 7 p.m.  

Tickets are $100, $80 and $60 and will be available Friday at 10 a.m. at all Ticketmaster Outlets, and Tivoli Theatre Box Office or by phone at 800-745-3000.

Harvest Song Is Saturday In Dalton

Marilyn Lloyd, who represented the Third District in Congress for 10 terms, has died at the age of 89. Ms. Lloyd got into politics after her husband, TV anchor Mort Lloyd, was killed in a plane crash in 1974. Mort Lloyd had won the Democratic primary to oppose Rep. Lamar Baker. A Soddy Daisy couple reported a theft at their residence netted thieves over $56,000 in items. The couple said the thieves may have picked their residence because they posted on Facebook that they were vacationing in Gatlinburg. Michael Lee Leming, 42, has been arrested in the case.
